disappearing auction items

I'm sure this has happened to many people and many people have submitted tickets for this. but why isn't this listed in the known issues thread. Is turbine trying to hide their failure?

I am alright with the nerfs, both to casters and dps. I am alright with waiting for 7 hours (I am asian so the down time was during our peak period). But honestly to give us an update of this quality where renowned is disabled possibly due to exploit, disappearing auction house items, unable to view auction house item descriptions, even the LFM is not aligned properly. I rather not have this update at all.

What I would like to know is should I leave all empty mails with stuff that expired from auction in hope they would be fixed and items will be back, or rather should I forget about stuff that dissapeared and take down everything else from auction and wait till they fix "expire issue" itself.

Come on Turbine, this is kinda important for players, so please give some answers.
