1) Allow removal of guild level restrictions on items through the use of the stone of change. Not sure if this is possible or not though.

2) Change broker texts to reflect use of plat, instead of using gold.

3) Not really a suggestion, but can we get a confirmation that Paladins are not allowed to charge Shavarrath Power Cells using Anointed weapons?
