To concern developers and technical support staffs, upon the the recent update, my account as been reverted from a premium account to a free account. With this note, I only have 2 character slots instead of 4, or to explain further, I purchased an additional character slot, and this was meant to be 5 character slots. At the current state of affairs, the character selection screen forced me tp disable on of my characters due to character limit, despite the fact that I have purchased the Turbine Point package multiple times to achieve the "32-point-build", unlocking warforge, and other TP cosmestics.
