Are you talking base WIS? If so, why do you "need" 14+? Most paladin builds (esp. TWF) dump-stat WIS then rely on items and/or tomes to hit WIS 14, which is all you need for spells. Paladins just have too many important stats to spare pts on WIS. Also, what are your build options? I.e., 28 or 32 pt, available races, etc.

I agree with the need for 14 wisdom, but that is 14 Wis including items.

Just start with 8 Wisdom and you'll end up with 14 when you equip a +6 Wisdom item. If you're playing a WF Paladin, you can start with 8 Wisdom and still end up with a 14 if you eat a +2 Wis tome and equip that same +6 Wisdom item.

Well, if you are dead set on 14 base wisdom, at least combine it with two levels of monk for 2 feats, AC bonus from Wis, and evasion. Otherwise, like others said, put starting Wis at 8. It is very hard to split ability points on a TWF paladin as it is, as you are aiming to get DM III at least.

This build requires a +2 tome of supreme ability.

2 monk/18 paladin human ( bracket stats at level 20 with only +6 items, no exceptional)
    15 STR (4 level ups here) [28]
    15 DEX [24]
    10 CON [18]
    8 INT [10]
    14 WIS [22]
    15 CHA (1 level up here) [26]

HP: 386 with minos legens and draconic.

    Feats: 1) Toughness(Human), Khopesh, TWF(Monk) 3) Oversized TWF 6) Power attack 7) ITWF (Monk) 9) Improved Crit: Slash 12) GTWF 15) Extend Spell 18) Toughnessx2

10 starting CON is not optimal, but you can't really afford to lose ability points elsewhere. You will lose 40 HP and -2 FORT save, but with pali saves will still be awesome, and you will still have more HP than DPS rangers. Wouldn't recommend starting with CON this low on a non-d10 class.

AC can possibly get to a viable range with this build thanks to the Wis bonus from monk and pali auras, but will require some gear.
