Trade DDO Store Items

I recently decided to try and get my fiance' to begin playing DDO. After a few nights on her free account she decided to upgrade to VIP. I decided to purchase a couple of the xp boost potions thinking that I would give her one as a little gift from me. After making the purchases I would only discover too late that I can't trade this DDO store item and am guessing this is true for all items bought from the DDO store. I would really like to see this changed so that I may gift whom ever I would like with the items I purchase if I so choose which I believe should be my right (and everyone's) to do. If there is propper reasoning behind the inability to be able to trade store items I would love to hear what it is. Otherwise I would like to request that you make this option available. Thanks a bunch!

The ability to trade store items could be easily abused in that someone could create a new account farm 100 favor on every server then transfer the hearts of wood as an example to the character they want. Repeated with no limitations this would break the store and thus hurt turbines pocketbook. You will never see store items available for trade.

That would be the start of WTS Minor Experience Elixir - 5 bucks (or whatever it actually might cost) and pretty sure Turbine would not want that to happen.

More or less 0 platfarmers in this game = UBBA. This nontrade thing from the store are one of the big reasons.

For the OP, xp potions can be obtained through eberron shard fragments. Don't cash them in, simply give the fragments to your other and have her turn them in to the appropriate vendor.

For a list search for "definitive loot guide" by Dragon.Star, or search using the term "definitive loot". It may be on ddowiki as well

Yeah this is what I am figuring at this point. I'm still fairly new to the game and probably should had looked into it before making an assumption.
