3sec freeze when i walk :)

Hi, and thanks in advance for the help

Ok, today i got a new motherboard put in my pc.

Now when i try to play everything is fine BUT this 1 thing.

Whenever i press "W" (my move forward key) my system freezes for 3 sec or untill i re-press W or until i jump, its as if the new system cant handel a button being pressed for longer then 1 press. So when i move now i need to stagger in 3 to 4 sec intervals the strange thing is i can press "R" (my run key) and it works fine >><<.

Hopefully its just a small thing i need to activate or de activate to get back on track,

I have a similar issue but mine seems to be caused by in game events (i.e message popups) or hovering over item descriptions etc.
