Experienced MMO player looking for RP guild - Thelanis

If you're a light RP guild don't bother. I am okay with speaking out of character in guild chat, but I would like a community of people that RP when grouped at all times.

So with that being said here's my character bio:

Dehrek Dazzler's father was an accountant with the Coin Lords. All his life his father pressured him into following the family business of accounting, but this was not Dehrek's passion. Instead, Dehrek insisted on playing the Lute and becoming a famous performer. The Lute was his passion, and he forever dreamed of having hundreds gathered to watch him play.
His father eventually grew tired of what he felt was a "silly little dream" and gave Dehrek an ultimatum at the age of 16. Pick up a "real" trade like accounting, or get kicked out of the household and disowned. But Dehrek did not betray his dreams, he decided to leave home and hit the road, or the sea in this case.
Dehrek chartered a boat to Stormreach harbor with all of the money he had saved up playing in taverns where he was from. Unfortunately he was not as prosperous there as he had hoped. He began playing in taverns in the city, and also by the marketplace and up and down the streets. He earned a few coppers here and there but it just wasn't enough for him to make a real living... He was lucky if he could get a full meal some days...
But now he has a new plan for fame and fortune, now he's decided to do jobs for the people of Stormreach. Perhaps clearing out sewers and abandoned dungeons will gain him fame... at least in Stormreach! But just because he's resorted to a life of bashing monsters doesn't mean he's abandoned his musical passions. Just know if you hear music coming from a sewer grate, followed by the sound of metal crashing against flesh, and then the desperate yelps of Kolbolds running for their lives... Dehrek Dazzler is nearby!!

I have one more player that I'd like to resurrect in Thelanis. I'm not going to bother typing all of it but I'm just going to say he's a bit more of a serious character due to the fact that his past is a lot more tragic. But Dehrek is sort of a humorous, fun character.

Ive played d and d since 1st gen, i love it through and through because you get to use your imagination and storytell. so Why is it so hard to track down a rp based server or guild, ive been playing for days and dont want to commit into a chac and his personalty only to find theres no rp players on the server. please. if you have found out anything in your search please post it to help others that wish to have a great rp experiance.

Ya. I totally know what you mean, it's really sad. I have come to the conclusion that on this game you just REALLY have to search HARD! So I've started searching the forums like a mad man. I found a page on the site that has a list of guilds in the game. It's like, people can submit their guild page and they have a category for RP guilds. There's only one heavy RP group in there though... Unfortunately I don't have that link for you... but you could search around. I think as soon as I find a good RP guild on ANY server I'm just going to start a character on that server and roll with that guild. That seems easier than looking for an RP group on a specific server...
