Buying Classes from DDO store?

If I buy the Favored Soul classes, would I get to keep them forever?
I'm currently a member and have some points to shed.

Is this also the same with the Drow species?

Yes if you buy a race, class or adventure pack from the store using DDO points you have access to them on all servers for as long as your account is active (doesn't get banned or you don't have it wiped yourself).

Unlike favor items, any premium content you purchase from the DDO store is available to you on all servers and for the life of the game.

You get to keep them forever. Monk is worth buying if you never plan to go P2P since there is no way to unlock it through favor. (Warforged is the same way.) Favored Soul is worth buying if you don't want to wait a very long time and buy a bunch of adventure packs just so the 2500 favor mark is even possible (with just F2P quests you can't even hit 1000 last I checked). Drow is so easy to unlock it's a waste of points to buy it. Don't. Just play a character up to about 8th level and you'll probably have it unlocked by then without trying.
