What do you think is best for a WF Favored Soul with 2 Weapon Fighting. ( I heard the Shield spell on the White Dragonscale Docent works fairly well)?

You are half a mill shy of standard prices on the AH. (Don't you love Thel price gouging? *sigh*)

As for the shield click on the white dragon. Meh.. is the 4 AC for 1 minute really worth that much to you? Get a different clicky for cheeper if that is the use. If the worry is MM/FM, You are playing a FvS. Cast Nightshield and be done with it.

Or if you really want the AC, take Lord of Blades as your faith and get a free-cast Shield at 20.
