The launcher cannot get data centers

I just put ddo on a computer. It works fine on my other computer.
when I open the launcher everything works well until It says "getting data centers"
Then it says "the underlying connection was closed: Unable to connect to remote server" It then does a countdown and retrys the data centers,and then repeats the entire process again.
