I get stuck on the loading screen directly after the char selection. As i come this far i suppose its not a firewall issue. I am on a 2mbit adsl connection and my computor meets the min requirements for the game(its a 1.6gHz AMD dual core, 2GB ram). I keep getting the "connection to game server has been lost" message every time i try to log in.

I saw some threads dealing with similar problems but no answers as to what might be causing this and how to fix it.
