    Crash is a decent enuf name, And holding the rights to it for sale seems perfectly lagit to me. GL on your sale.

    Nah, that's not it. I'm an altoholic as well and I hate not getting the name I wanted. I just don't really think Crash is all that great a name.

    Serious, they honestly do that? If anything it would be trademark law, as copyright doesnt even come close to this, but even then Turbine would be waaaaaay over the "line of safety" as to legal interpretation if they enforced this. Its one thing if they dont own the rights and use the name in the game themselves, which they are offering to the public, its quite another for a third party private player to use it. There are limits to intellectual ownership, after all.
