Can we please fix the old hotbar not locking bug?

I'm talking about the ctrl- = ability to lock the hotbar so you cant move it.

It ONLY works for the first hotbar, all the other spawned hotbars can still be moved by their left or bottom edge.

Also I can still drag icons OFF the hotbar when it's locked. I should not be able to change the contents or location of icons on the hotbar while it's locked.



Not sure if theres any programmers still assigned to the UI.

I thought I was the only one. I knew about the bars moving, but only recently learned the mystery of the moving/swapping/disappearing icons when I saw myself do it by accident.

Lock should lock.

I too have been waiting for years for this to get fixed. It is actually worse than ever as occasionally my tab will show that they are locked but they are clearly showing the rotate / stack-unstack icons and things are getting moved.

I unclick and relock the fixed hotbars and it fixes it for a short time before they are unlocked again....

I would rather have this fixed than all the frills that we have been getting for "content".
