A strange occurance in the Shroud

This was part 2 of the shroud when mass prots where being cast south west
He or she also asked not to be hit in part one, mass prot is a mass party buff buddy if you don't want it stay away from the group. I wonder if you dislike mass heal as well?

Heres my take on it, you didn't want to complete nor put the effort into helping the party, when you didn't get your shard in part one. So you use a well rehearsed excuse to drop group and pollute another shroud with your leeching presence.

Maybe she's confused about how mass pro causes lag in the shroud. Simply having the buff active on your toon will not cause lag, but having a caster refresh it in the middle of a boss fight will cause lag.

If it was for lag purposes, it's silly. I keep hearing "don't cast this and don't cast that!"
Utter ridiculousness IMO. The player base has gotten paranoid.

For Turbine, if these things are significantly lagging the server (I'm dubious), find ways to fix them.

I bet I could take an arcane into the shroud and spam master's touch, and it might cause issues Not that I would do anything that stupid or anything.

if you are playing a caster and cast mass pro on the party while they are beating up on harry, you will definitely notice a nice pause. I noticed it on all my casters whenever I used to do it.

you know, more people are forgiving if you have lag but not so much if you nickel and dime what buffs should be casted. If the caster is giving me free AoE buffs, I'm in like flynn!

You can't blame him. He was probably weighed down by all of the elemental protection buffs.

Only buff I understand someone not wanting is an intimi who doesn't want rage. Me? I am a woman, I like it all.

However--there are cases in other raids where your tanks wont want mass pros so they can actually see their timers/badges/ or sulu tank can see their own curse. Just mention it so new people don't think that its a crazy new disease going around

That could've been me if it was a Tear run and it was just before the jumping to the golem.

Haste only makes it harder to do the jumps if you're not used to the new toon yet..

I think i know about who are you talking about, i did one elite shroud without mass prot, and lag was minimal as it can be...

And yes i did cast single protection just on her
