No Ninja/Acrobats?

It seems that if you multiclass monk and rogue you could combine

Ninja/Assassin
Ninja/Mechanic

but not

Ninja/Acrobat

because Ninja requires Monk:tumble while Acrobat requires Rogue:tumble, and you can't enhance both.

I wonder if this is intended or an oversight?

Sad, because this is the combo I was thinking would be the most fun, as in Rog13/Monk6/Ftr1.

I'd kind of like to know if these are intended. I thought it would be better if we had more choices. Maybe they should remove skill AP prerequisites for PrE's or allow any kind of tumble enhancement to qualify.

It's no different then not being able to play a Stalwart Defender/Defender of Syberis or Radiant Savant/Hunter of the Dead. Those are two more combinations that can't be mixed.

When they were talking about stalwart defender being (eventually) made available to Dwarves as a Racial PRE, I remember eladrin mentioning that they were looking into streamlining the requirements so you could use things like Monk: Tumble for acrobat, or Human Versatility for attack boost with Kensai but nothing ever really happened from it.

*sigh* Don't make your Multi-Class builds too powerful or appealing, they are just going to get nerfed and your going to be buying hearts of wood.

the fix for this sort of thing would be to allow either requirement.

So monk: tumble or rogue: tumble as a pre-req for ninja even if it's a monk prestige.

That;d work straight away, other combos like stalwart/sibery defender would work also if this was added.
