Maps been black

First of all, sorry if this question has been asked many time... but I can't find any answer...

Most of time, when I enter the "Wilderness Adventure Area" the maps are black even if I cleared them before...
It doesn't happen only when I crash, just over 80% of the time.

As I'm a little blondie girl, as I always get lost and can't find my way around, it's really a pain to move all the time in "black" maped area (well the first time you enter it, it's alright).

I've been playing DDO for only 3 months and was wondering if it's not one of my setting that is wrong, if it depends on the server restart or maybe on my pc... (it does happen even when I don't crash)
I completely removed DDO from my and install it again... I played on an other pc and maps still come back black...

Is that a bug ?
Is there anything that can be done ?

There is no bug, the game will only store the last 3 maps (or 5?) you entered. Reason? Saving server storage space or something like that, saving up to 250 quest maps and 20 wilderness maps for each character takes too much space.

It is the last 3.
