I got some money on argonnessen i wanne trade here.
Also looking for a cheap silver bow.

Using silver arrows is the only way to make a silver bow other than having a metalline bow, but that is not what the OP is talking about. The silver bow is found in a ninth level quest, it is a holy bow with double the normal crit. range, thus making it one of the best bows out there until a greensteel bow is crafted. It however, does not count as a silver weapon, despite the name.

Do you remember the name of the quest where you get the Silver Bow? When I looked it up on the compendium, it didn't specify the quest. I've been looking for one to add some ranged damage ability to my cleric. Unfortunately, I can't afford buying one on the AH yet.

I think you can get the bow out of either of the 2 end chests in Church and Cult.

chests, not an end reward . . . however i have selected several +1 tomes as end rewards from that quest so
it's not a total loss.

Thanks for the info. I'll have to solo it a few times, especially since I haven't pulled any tomes yet.
