If you find someone that's looking for twink gear i'd say they're worth between 100-200k pp.
Though I find that lvl 9 is one of those areas of the leveling process that goes by so quickly that you have rr stat 6 items at ml11 before you even know what happened. You might get more, but for those that really wanna twink they're lookin for the ml9 rr stat 6 items that are around.
