I don't know about anyone else but when I look at the pale master in the game, I think of the Abbot. What I find funny though is that the Abbot uses almost solely Acid and Electricty Spells when you have to enhance your Fire/Ice for the PrE. IMO this is wrong. I personally think that the Energy of the Scholar Enhancement should be taken off the requirement list for this PrE so that we don't have to go the same route as every other wizard in the game.

Cast Wall of Fire...... Wait...... Finger of Death or Wail of the Banshee ....... Wall of Fire ....... Wall of Fire ........ Wall of Fire (repeat).
