Guest passes

Their broken every time i use a 30 minute one on my friends it does not work. It ask's me if i want to use it i hit yes, they take it and when they try to enter the instance they can't... I have wasted 250+ points on this and i want something done about.

Ouch. Sorry to hear your having a problem. A couple of questions..

1. The person you are casting the pass on, do they have a already have a guest pass currently on them? If so, that can be an issue. If I am not mistaken, you can only have 1 pass on at any given time.

2. The person you are casting the pass on, are they of appropriate level to enter the area? Most explorer areas that you run through to get to a quest has a minimum level requirement and Restless Isles has a quest requirement to be entered.

Yes they do have a pass on them but most of the time it over writes their old pass.
And yes they meet the lvl requirement

He's level Six
Delera's tomb (has worked before we were just trying to finish the last 2 quests)
No he's not a VIP
No he does not own the pack
