Looking For Cannith Guild

I have a lvl 4 rogue and lvl 2 Ranger. I am 39 years old and 25 years of table top exp. Leaving WoW to start playing DDO. I am looking for a Mature (Adult Based preferred) Guild to join. I have been in 2 guilds now full of children who have no concept of the game or how it should be played. Last guild I left someone asked how they become an officer and the GM said run a quest with me so I can see you fight, or do a PVP in the bar so I can see how well you do. To people who agree with this philosophy go play WoW it's all about damage done. Maybe because I'm new and this is an online MMO perhaps people are looking for max damage. But what I've seen so far it does have the basic idea behind DnD. You want a tank to absorb damage Paladin or fighter with shield specializations, heavy melee dps such as Barbarian or Fighter with certain weapon specializations, Cleric for heals, Rogue for traps, Wizard or Sorcerer for AOE damage, then you can always fill with a hunter or what not. My toons names are Leiloo and Cannonn (yes with 2 "n"s on the end) Please send me a in game mail or send me a tell regarding this post. I'll try to keep an eye on this as well for replies.
