I tried to buy some TP but couldn't select paypal as my payment method--it simply said "system is unavailable. please try again later".
And then I filled in my credit card info but again failed, the system told me "unable to update billing information". I tried several different cards from different banks, none worked.
Was this a system error or something was wrong with my own computer? I'm not in USA right now.
And can I purchase points through email or phone service? it would be more complicated but I really need the points right now.

Same thing pretty much
I was trying to buy TP, with my credit card, and it keeps saying "System is not available. Please try again later." So, I purchased some via the website, that not showing up, but apparently they took my money anyway. Now when I try to review my purchase history, I get the same error. AND THERE IS NO WAY TO FIND THIS ON THE WEBSITE.
