Regarding installer error

Hey folks, i just recently downloaded ddo and tried to install it on my lappy. The installation was fine until the last bit where error message starts popping out, i clicked ok and it appeared again but it went away after the i clicked ok again.

When i tried to run ddo launcher, it says that i dont have the required NET FRAMEWORK. to run it. I went to install NET FRAMEWORK 4. after that and restart my lappy, uninstall ddo, and try to install again.

Still fail. Any tips? on how to get this thing solved?

NOTE : This happens when i try to download LOTRO. hope this piece of information helps. I really need help on this. Please.

I'm guessing you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7?

Problem is, they do not come with .Net 1.1, which is what the installer really need, apparently.
So basically you need to install .Net 1.1 but there are some steps you have to follow....hehe

I had the exact same problem but after a bit of googling magic, found a fix.
