So I came across a little ring while out in the sands. Yes the ring of spell storing, and because its not that spectacular til it becomes epic and because my casters are nowhere near the end, I decided to trade.
What I traded it for was 2 lammanian lily petals, 1 ebberon energy cell, 1 chipmunk funk, 2 bitterscrub fungi, 8 locust husks, 15 giant relics, 17 elven relics, 9 dragon relics and 1 black dragon scale.
I havent been flagged yet in gianthold so those are still of use, I have never crafted anything so im assuming those are decent as well, and the black dragon scale?
Was this a decent trade or did one party make out better than the other?

I wouldn't personally have traded that, but if you got what you wanted and the other person got what they wanted...
I mean, ~75 extra SP between shrines is enough to toss an emergency res or FW. Hell, I still carry my Archivist's Necklace and that was useful for rezzes before I got a GS rez clicky and could afford scrolls.

Everything that you listed is much easier to grind for than the ring you traded in my opinion. On that criteria I think you may have under traded. But really if you feel happy with the trade that is all that matters. Enjoy your new stuff

I found the Ring of spell storing with my lvl 14 fighter months ago(and with only 5 Sand runs!) and now it belongs to my lvl 11 Sorc. Invaluable tho it is weak IMO, I almost sold it too but I'm glad I didn't. Originally Posted by ClutchMethod

Personally the only person I'd be trading a SS Ring to is one of my caster alts.
It's just pixels tho....keep moving on...Karma does refunds.
