Within the past week or so, DDO began crashing repeatedly, after working with no problems since I first installed it 6 months ago. At the moment, I can't play for 5 minutes. The game will freeze, and I usually have to ctrl+alt+delete then cancel just to get to the error message. I get a pop-up that says dndclient has stopped working and gives me the option of allowing widows to search for a solution online or just closing the program. The only change I've made to my system recently was installing Microsoft Security Essentials.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I've fiddled with the graphics settings a little bit, but I'm not even sure that's the problem. I've also updated my video driver.

UPDATE:
Using the instructions at online support, I updated my firewall settings to make sure DDO is allowed. I managed to get through a whole shopping trip before it crashed again...
