Can Not Connect to Remote Server

Alright, whenever I try to start up DDO lately, it doesn't work. It gives me a message that the remote server cannot be connected to, and I don't know why. I uninstalled the game because of this, and a fresh re-install didn't help.

Edit: Okay, re-installed again, same issue. My firewall's off, virus protection shouldn't be interfering, and I got a screenshot.
