Yes, one was actually pulled in a chest in the Sub on the way to VoD in a group I was in yesterday! They do exist

Yeah, I was kind of referring to the +5 part. 2+ years seems like a long time ago. But maybe not. I mean, the +5 vorpal bastard sword I saw was lvl 16 rr, and that could have been looted back with the cap was only 16. +1 loot weekend if I remember correctly.
