Recruit-a-friend problems

I recently returned to the game after quite a while of not playing. For some reason, my old forum account doesn't work (was called "Lewz Err" not LewzErr) and no matter how many times I go to account management and hit reset forum password, it doesn't work.

When I go to the forums using the ingame widget (which is what I'm doing now), the first time, it didn't recognise that I had a forum account, so it prompted me to setup the one I'm posting with now.

The only problem is, I can ONLY use it in-game - the login credentials I setup for the new account don't work in a normal browser.

Since I can't find ANYwhere in the ingame myddo where I can use the recruit-a-friend option, and it won't let me log in to use the recruit-a-friend site I have the URL to, I can't recruit the friend who I'm trying to convince to play DDO with me.

These problems aren't helping me convince him, either

Please help!
