"Getting Data Centers..."

"The underlying connection was closed: Unable to connect to the the remote server"

I keep getting this error during start up, I looked in the FAQ, but either I missed it or it just wasn't there. This isn't my first time playing, I uninstalled a while ago to take a break, and upon returning I get this. I dunno if it matters, but the first time I had it installed I was using EI, now I'm using firefox. Thanks to anyone that helps.
