looking for casual guild on ghallandra

My friend and I are looking to join a guild on Ghallandra that is "noob friendly" I have been playing DDO for about a year and other MMO's for most of the last decade but my friend is new to MMO's and is still in the learning curve. She has been playing a few months now and we have duo'ed her pally to lvl 14 but we need to find a friendly guild who likes dungeon crawling so we can find groups that won't zerg off and leave her lost at the zone in. She adapts well and would flourish in a guild that enjoys doing the whole dungeon (breaking every crate, disarming traps, doing the optionals, etc).
Is there a guild on Ghallandra that meets our needs? We tend to play late nights (EST)

If you have not found the guild yet that you been looking for then look no farther.
We at the Cult of Bertrim spend our time going through dungens and getting people flagged
for raids and also doing favor runs. We play all hours and there is usually someone on at all times.
I myself am on 12am-8am cst and are lusterious leader is on late night as well.
