Hello there! An old guildmate of mine (I do not know this person IRL) bought me a greendot.com prepaid card with enough money to purchase one month of VIP. He gave me the prepaid card number, expiration date, CCV, etc. to use, but I do not physically have anything. However, greendot requires me to provide all sorts of personal information to register the card and I do not wish to do this. I do not plan on ever using the card again and want nothing to do with this company. I have been told that if I contact turbine and just give them the card information, they can register the card themselves and credit my DDO account with the monetary amount or attribute me my purchase. Is this true?

If you don't want to add the card, you can simply call the number in my signature, and ask to do a single payment with a pre-paid, non-reloadable card. The Account Management department will be happy to help.
