Mic Volume

I play a lot of games and find myself pretty pc handy. No other game i play has this issue. I can barely hear anyone on their microphones. All sound is pretty much fine, however I just cannot hear the other players on the microphone. I've checked sound settings, I've readjusted things. My current settings place all game volume at 3%, the only one exceeding 3% is the mic and voice at 100%, and even then i have to max my volume, the game effects are still substantially loud, and the mic is legible only if no other sounds are playing due to the contrast or ratio of the volume.

How do I fix this?

Same here. Never had any voice issues until I played DDO. Ive got all of my volumes at 3-5% and voice at 100%. That makes it manageable, for the most part.
