Well, about half of that gameplay is newbie quests in LOTR, so technically it has been released, just in another game. (Think it was the human starting area, but it's been a long time.)

P.S. If anyone hasn't seen the new 'Hope' trailer for SW:T0R, check it out. It's a Cinematic trailer & is very well made.

I loved it twice as much as the 'Sacking of Jedi Temple' trailer from E3 '09.
