I know I might get flamed for these ideas but I see with the new combat changes the possibility to help with at least some interesting if not OK ideas.

General consensus seems to be that 2HF considered inferior to 2WF for DPS that may be true but my take on that is you need to invest a lot more feats etc... into 2WF to be effective and or that great DPS.
2HF has the advantage that they hit multiple targets from glancing blows and if you add those up they usually top the 2WF in the multiple target department. But what I see in the forums is people crying that they aren't the top DPS.
If you ever played the PnP of DnD then it was all about teamwork and not who did the most DPS. But to be fair in the computer world everyone needs to be doing something. The suggestions/ideas I have are as follows to avoid the possible nerfs (most likely going to come): ( I play a rogue for reference)

1. Casters (all even hybrids but they might need to be adjusted accordingly): Inherent Power regen, and I am not talking about major regen. Something like 1 power per 10 seconds at level 1, 2 power per 10 seconds at level 5, etc.. to 5 power every 10 seconds at level 20. (might need tweaking to lower the regen if it is too powerful) but that way casters don't go from awesome to absolutely nothing when they run out of power. All that or possibly increase the drop rates of the power potions.

2. 2HF Dmg spell effects could be doubled so for example a 1d12 axe of pure good (1d6 dmg) on a hit does 1d12 + (1d6 * 2 pure good dmg). This would boost the 2HF dps some but not gimp the 2WF dps, avoids the % off hand stuff.

As for the fixes for the lag in the combat rolling there were a few other good suggestions as a way to reduce this. IE: +2 Frost Rapier of Pure good.
1d6 dmg +2 dmg + 1d6 frost + 1d6 Pure good
instead of 3 sperate rolls for the d6 dmg make is 1 roll and use the same number. Then apply the mods but that in itself reduces the number of rolls and thus code lag. Now that being said its not the best solution and the variance is DPS is going to be much different. But it is 1 idea I saw that would reduce rolling.

So please continue the trend of giving the dev ideas.
