Will the world announcements be a tad excessive? I mean it's great and all, I hope they intend to opt for a CHAT announcement as opposed to the screen stealing, concentration breaking text that popped up whenever someone threw that switch in that quest awhile back. And it occurs to me as I type this will it do the announcements in the context of decay? That is each threshold broken in falling will invoke this broadcast?
Does this make sense?
Can anyone say if they have seen one of these announcements yet?

I don't think the first announcement is until level 60 or so. Noone will probably reach that for a good while, and certainly not while we're on Lamannia without Dev intervention.
On the bright side, it's only once per guild per announcement level. So, I don't think it will be that spammy.
