ummm....
Wouldn't that basically be your double strike % ? Since your smite or ki strike is an attack...

Currently... about 100%
After they fix it. 10% of the time when you have zeal running.
And about 8% of the time you will get a twf off hand attack as well (triple strike) if you have GTWF.
If you have a monkadin (Pal14/Monk6) that will be:

not talking really percentage as such but what the odds of those two clicking the button for their ki strike or smite at the same time the double strikes procs. Yes I know its a 10% chance for it to proc but whats the odds it would proc at the same time someone decides to click their button for their special attack?
Like would the odds be 10 to 1? 50 to 1? 100 to 1?
