AA help

Hey im currently a Frenzied Bezerker WF Barb (following Shade's EPIC build) and im starting a AA soon.
Things ive decided:
Elf
Full 20ranger
I have silverbow nd a few other nice bows so my questions are:
Feats?
Enhancements?
Skills?
Equips(everything but wepons)
Alignment?
I have the 1kfavor so i can start him up to level 4
Keep replies on topic anything you think ive missed please include(so i dont make another fail AA)
Id also like to know what to take for my base stats(32pt build)

Consider going with higher str and a tad lower dex to get more dmg output.
