Can't log in char: message on screen: your char is still saved ?

What that meen, that when i try to log in a char i get the message: your character is still being saved ?Can't log in anymore with that toon . Posted a ticket and the gm told me , he cant help ; lol; great support! Anyone els got this issue ?

This usually might mean your char hasn't completly logged off. Two things may correct this.
Logging out of the ddo completly. then logging back in. Or you can try restarting your computer.
