Yesterday I had power outage that crashed my pc and the game. When I restart I noticed the game was lagging. Upon further investigation I noticed the my recv BPS was hovering between 1000 and 2000 with highs over 3000. Normally it is in the 300-400 range.
What causes this (I haven't changed anything)? How do I fix it?
