Ranged throwing weapons

Was anything done to alter this in the update. I have a hafling I copied over that has a nice dex and enjoys her throwing daggers and yet on Lam I could hit nothing unless I stood on top of the target. Has anyone else noticed any ranged pwrformance issues?

Great appears developers just want me to use sword and board. So my ranged weapons cannot function and my tempest ranger is totally hosed. Guess I need to start making fighters.
