Changes of attack speed on Acrobat prestege class?

I was wondering what the U5 combat changes would do to the rogue acrobat's use of quarterstaff? Would it be a double-strike bonus? Would it stack with Monk Air stance?

Eladrin did mention in the original discussion about these changes that the Thief Acrobat speed thing will remain unchanged. And it should still stack with Wind Stance, yes.
