    Default Account went back to f2p

    I'm a premium account who's account went back to f2p, just now. Has this same problem has come up again? Anyone else?

    and then it fixed itself again right away.

    Default VIp down to Premuim now?

    I was just on and got kicked off, logged back on and I am now reduced to premuim and my billing date is about 2 days from now. Any way to get my account corected to VIP again?

    For most players, if you are seeing Free instead of Premium access, you should be able to close the game, relaunch and log in and it will probably be fixed. If not, please contact the Account Management department.
