I subscribe to DDO via the 6 month option plan. I have received my monthly DDO store points allotment with out fail on my anniversary EVERY month. My subscription came up for renewal in May 2010 and I of course renewed automatically but for some reason I did NOT get my points. I tried going to the Turbine support site to report the problem but for some reason I have been unable to connect to the sit for the last couple weeks. Any information I can get to help figure out why I did not get my points for the month of May would be Greatly appreciated.
