So I wanted to make a character who's like a warlock in some ways. I took all the rogue skills for utility and because they were there, not because of any warlock thing.

I took three levels of rogue to get 2 sneak attack bonuses and because for a wizard, you get level 9 spells at wizard level 17. What I would mainly do, is for ranged use any of the ray spells I have. I would want to use summon monster and the skeletal knight so that there are more tanks who don't even have to live. This would hopefully stop enemies from targeting me as much. Once enemies were closer or I felt like attacking up close, I would sneak attack.

For equipment I'd use two daggers and probably equip leather or padded armor.

This is my first multiclass build, so it may make some n00b mistakes. I wasn't entirely sure when to multiclass, but this looks like it works. Please help and give constructive criticism or comments. Thanks!

Typically people choose thief skills for a purpose not just because they are there.

A wizard thief can be a great trapsmith - but needs to maximize search and disable (and possibly spot if you haven't memorized all the box locations in the game)

High stealth skills generally are used for the tactic of running through quests without fighting to kill the end bos and win.

For weaponry as a thief you could go with rapier and shortsword as being a tad more effective than daggers.

Most people think that the level 18 wiz offers more to the build than an extra 3.5 pts of SA damage.

You should have a higher concentration to be able to cast without interruption.

Lastly as a human you don't reduce the problems casting from wearing armor and so unless you have a stockpile of twilight leather or an ASF device you might want to go with robes/outfits.

And a variety of other multiclassed toons without vowels thnk/r/s/rbll/sgmp
