    Angry Help !!!!

    Ok, so i recently bought a visa gift card and just activated and registered it online through their site. I intended on buyng TB points with it but when i tried to buy the points i kept getting a error. [err: 30005]

    So low and behold i could not get any points. I verified all my Info was correct and tried a bunch of times. to no avail. Then i logged back in to check to see if my card was workin and registered . It has 10 purchases of points and a 1 dollar transaction fee from every point purchase. What the heck? I did not recieve any points and my card kept getting declined. Now i am stuck with no points and 40 $ left on my 50 dollar visa card???

    How can my card get declined but yet i still get billed? I did not recieve anything therefor i should not be billed for anything? what can i do about this ?

    Apperently my card is working fine, its registered and You guys seem to be taking your dollar for every bunked purchase i try to make and dont get any points.

    This is making me really mad, not only am i out 10 bucks, i got no points and am to afraid to try buying anymore points for fear of being billed a buck for every failed attempt.!!!!

    You might need to take this up with both Turbine customer service and Visa customer service.
    Please split the class forums into REAL subcategories this is a jumbled mess.

    Default I did try visa customer service

    They told me that I have 12 purchases of one dollar from Turbine. 4 of those were from buying points(which i never recieved) and 8 were from trying to link this new card to my account. They told me to contact customer service for Turbine. I sent in ticket but it says that i cannot call em on weekends. Only monday to friday.

    So i guess i was hoping some kind of Turbine account department person was looking at forums. Guess not.

    I usually go with the Mastercard prepaid and have no problem what so ever, but this time i went with Visa. Big mistake on my part i guess.

    oh well tickets submitted. Now i can only wait and hope. guess i will eardweller farm for the weekend . o.0

    The $1 authorization holds will automatically be released within a few days, a week at the most. The length of the hold is actually controlled by the card company, not Turbine.
