    Default 20 failed login attempts

    Is anyone having issues trying to login on Thelanis? For the last few hours I keep getting failed log in attempts on that server but I have no issues login in on the other servers. Does anyone know how to fix? Is it a server issue? Thanks.

    does anyone have a clue how to fix this? I have played with my firewall and did a total re-install. I can still access other servers but I cant get on Thelanis. Every time i try, it goes through 20 logon validation attempts and then disconnects. please help. thanks

    After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.

    thanks mithgar. I did delete and re-add firewall exception settings and I did unistall and re-install the game. The 20 failed attempts link in tiggs note is no longer active.
    What really confuses me is that I was able to use thelanis before the new update 5 skin was added and now i cant. (but i can go into other servers!) I'm not sure what to do next. Hopefuly Monday's server maint will fix it....
