There is a lot of speculation about what the new TWF chart is looking like what with the discovery that the off-hand procs on double striked main hand attacks (supposedly reported) and that Supreme TWF won't be part of the feat package. Can a dev or someone informed give us the new chart that you guys are thinking about using? Thank you.
