The Grease spell has been updated:
Covers the ground with a layer of slippery grease, forcing targets to make a Reflex save or fall. Grease slicks will sometimes be set ablaze by area of effect fire effects, dealing 2 to 12 damage per two caster levels fire damage to all enemies of the caster in the slick every few seconds, as well as the caster of the grease spell. A successful Reflex save will reduce this damage by half. Slicks that have been set ablaze will quickly burn away."

Grease still has a broken DC (it lists it correctly when you mouse over it, but it lies to you). Also, enemies do not appear to take damage from the Grease spell (though the caster of grease does, if he/she is in the area).

The only use for this I see is a caster using it to produce their own soulstone, similar to the old /death and soulstone transport cheese of previous eras.

I think the best part of it is this:

Slicks that have been set ablaze will quickly burn away.

Sure, grease is fun once.... maybe twice.... but I can't count how many people I have squelched and listed DNG because of annoying abuse. Now when the most assuredly *not-fuuny anymore* griefing starts, we have a way to fight back.
You keep wasting your SP. We'll also make you waste HP at the same time, and have to deal with it for less time.
If you continue, so do we.
I sure hope you don't use all your mana on grease and healing....
