Nerfing Mass Exodus Pre-Emptive "Dibs"

I'm calling "dibs" on all items of Sarlona players that will be rage/quitting when the nerf-update strikes. In order to facilitate this in an organized and timely manner, please post here with a list of your toons and all non-bound items they posses if you intend to quit the game when update 5 goes live. You are under no obligation to actually quit by posting in this thread, nor, if you elect to stay playing the game will you have to give me your equipent. Those Sarlona players that quit and have not posted int his thread are still, by the power of "dibs" obligated to turn over all non-bound equipment to me. For my part, I promise to use your gear with respect and in rememberance of a time when said equipment was more useful, in the time before the great nerf.

Heh. Make sure to mail them one at a time however, wouldn't want them to get lost in the mail.

Still, while The Great Nerf is catchy, I'm afraid that already happened, it's when we lost w/p, our transmuters of greater banes became worthless, etc etc. Those that were going to quit already did. The rest of us learned that they'll nerf anything that's too good, and saw some of these a mile away.

(Ok, I'll admit I thought it would take until more people actually HAD an epic spell storing ring before it got nerfed, since they seldomly nerf based on common sense - but a friend of mine called it citing that it ate too deeply into their mana pot sales and that people were starting to pull such items together now - alas I'm not one of them yet. But I had no doubt it WOULD get nerfed at one point)

The people of DDO must be some of the largest panzies in the MMO-scape. I mean
if a person is going to rage-quit over a nerf that will fix an exploit and not even hurt
dps all that badly then they shouldn't be here anyway. Makes me think the people
on DDO are rather spoiled with their content. Learn the update, adapt to the situation
and act accordingly instead of "Cry-Spam-Flame" about how much the nerf will
hurt my FOTM build.

Missed my point... You must be first in the rage quit to call or it doesn't count. Just like you can't call shotgun till you see the car. I've been on Lam...it's not the end of the world.
