    Default VIP and no points

    I han't gotten the 500 points from my first month's alotment, it has been over a week and I have sent in a ticket , that I can't find my way back to. I have tried to do the service on-line but end up in the endless loop of going to the same tabs over and over again. All I want to know is , what is going on? Why havn't I even gotten an e-mail or a private message about the issue? You all can check when i returned to the game and started to pay. Some form of a reply would be nice.

    When you submit an inquiry, you'll receive a confirmation page if it was successfully submitted. You will then receive a response when they get to your request in the queue. All requests are answered in the order they are received. Current Account Management turn around is less than 2 weeks. I am sorry, but we can't help with account specific questions on the forums.
